Hectronic is looking for a Project Manager to take on technical, business related and administrative duties for a number of our development projects. Project managers at Hectronic contribute actively to the work specifying product requirements, quoting projects and managing technical development of fully industrialised products such as computer boards and embedded systems. Strategic decision making is required for efficient use of production resources and to offer technical support to customers. Each Project Manager runs three or more projects in parallel.

The role offers variety of tasks, including practicalities when needed. Hectronic has short decision paths and frequent contacts with customers and suppliers. Balancing wisely between a decisive drive straight ahead and a responsive and flexible attitude is needed to succeed as well as excellent skills in the Swedish and English languages (written and spoken). Additional language skills are considered a merit.
 

We are looking for a professional with at least two years of experience from working as a Project Manager in technical development of electronic hardware, preferably from a large corporation. A relevant technical degree in engineering from university is required. You have the ability to review and evaluate technical documentation and possess well developed leadership skills.

Experience from working with embedded computing, EMC protection, test methodology and various project management models is considered a merit as well as formal project management training.
