Temperature range – Definitions |
| Standard, Consumer, Extended, Industrial, Automotive and Military operating temperature ranges are some of the labels used for embedded computer products on the market. There is no standard for defining what the labels actually mean in terms of upper and lower temperature limits. Developers and suppliers tend to use the labels differently. Hectronic applies the following definitions to the labels Extended and Industrial operating temperature ranges on our product pages, as opposed to the Standard operating temperature range. The labels are used to give an easy overview, group and to identify the products of interest to our customers. |
