Hectronic increases resources to handle a growing number of new development projects. 2009 sales of design services nearly doubled compared to 2008 and numerous new projects have been initiated. These projects will result in future delivery of embedded products to customers.

Amin Gholiha is recruited for the additional Project Manager position in the team of system integrators, development engineers and project managers. He has held positions as Project Manager, Program Manager and Technical Lead in a global healthcare company. Prior merits involve managing his own company in software development and project management. With his entrepreneurial skills, his will power and goal orientation he will fit like a glove in the Hectronic development team. 

- I like to bring ambitious ideas to concrete realization, says Amin Gholia. My strength is to use creativity and imagination to find practical solutions. That's what my work so far has taught me.

According to Amin Gholiha project management is about communication, to try and to succeed in understanding what the customer asks for, put prestige aside and pragmatically drive the project towards that goal.

- I enjoy meeting with customers and I'm good at picking up what the customer wants. I have found that I'm able to communicate with engineers on equal terms.

Amin Gholia will be involved in Project Management of current projects as well as initiating new ones. His responsibilities involve frequent contacts with customers so you might meet him soon. He starts at Hectronic April 1.
