A modular concept characterizes all custom embedded hardware development at Hectronic. Embedded Hardware, software, casings and test systems developed in prior projects are re-used. Minor adjustments may be all that it takes.

Numerous ready-made, verified and tested motherboards, modules and computer systems is one of our keys to developing custom solutions for relatively low production volumes. Embedded hardware developed in-house gives full control over the building block, not only the board but also board layout and chipset. Full control brings simplicity and speed to the development of a custom hardware to replace the standard board.

Low volume production can benefit from the use of standard boards, Hectronic boards or boards from external sources. As sales grow and volumes peek the need for custom hardware arises to maintain a cost effective production.
