The AMC-3201/3202/3203 is a Single Mid-Size AMC that is designed to support mechanically or and electrically, SAS,SATA and SSD 2.5” Small Form Factor (SFF) drives. The AMC-3201,AMC-3202 and AMC-3203 connect to Ports 2 and 3 per AMC.3 and require adequate +12VDC supply to ensure integrity of operation. All control of the drive is achieved with SCSI commands per SAS or SATA specifications. Out of band management of the drive is achieved with an on-board IPMI based Module Management Controller (MMC) which oversees all hot-swap operations, E-keying and monitors the health of the device, including; temperature and supply voltages.

STANDARDS COMPLIANCE
The AMC-3201 and the AMC-3202 will operate in µTCA shelf and carrier that conforms to Single Mid-size AMC.0 (with ENC002) electrical1 and mechanical specifications, and the AMC.3 port connection specifications.
